Thank you for signing up for the FEEL BETTER movement therapy program! The FEEL BETTER approach brings community, coaching, and movement therapy together in one program to help people feel better, look better, and live better.

 

To get the most benefit, do the following:



  • Dedicate yourself to the program:


    Show up for every live session and do the online workouts.


  • Dive into the community:


    Share your story to help yourself and the people around you.


  • Do the work:


    Practice daily movement homework and lymphatic breathing, stay focused, and get ready to FEEL BETTER in 2023! 



Here is what you need to know:


The FEEL BETTER program begins Saturday, January 7, at 9:00 am CST with a Q&A, meet your coach, and a 15-minute movement therapy session.

Session 1 — Movement Therapy and MobilityFLOW

 

January 21:

Session 2 — Movement Therapy, MobilityFLOW, and Posture Training

 

January 28:

Session 3 — Movement Therapy, MobilityFLOW, and BarreFLOW 



What you need for each class:


Q&A -- No equipment is needed


Session 1 -- Yoga mat and mobility stick


Session 2 -- Yoga mat, mobility stick, and resistance bands


Session 3 -- Yoga mat, mobility stick, and a chair from your kitchen

BEFORE-CLASS COACHING:


Join me every Saturday at 8 am CST before the workout for a before-the-class coaching session. 


The before-class coaching time is the best way to get to know each other better.


The more I learn about you and why you signed up for the FEEL BETTER program, the better coach I can be for you. Feel free to arrive at the before-class coaching sessions anytime between 8 am and the start of the workout. 


The Saturday morning live class coaching, and movement therapy workouts begin at 9 am CST. If you are not joining the before-class coaching session, please log into the Zoom meeting 15 minutes before the start of the class.  


Each live session is 45-55 minutes in length. The recorded class version will be available online if you miss a live session or wish to do the class again. 



What to Expect:


If you're new to Zoom classes and the AgeDEFY coaching sessions, please do not fear the experience. You can have your camera on or off during the movement therapy and coaching sessions. You can participate in the coaching session conversations as little or as much as you wish. 


How to access live classes:


A zoom link will be sent by email after signing up for the program


 

How to access online workouts:


Log into your www.agedefyonline.com account.


You can go to the online library to find the workouts.

If you have questions or need coaching advice during the program, please feel comfortable to reach out on FaceBook. If you need help/advice, someone in the program will likely require it too.
