FEEL BETTER movement therapy helps to relieve chronic pain, stress, and tension in the body by improving your spine flexibility, core strength, joint mobility, foot stability, and lymphatic health through movement, coaching, and community.


This course is suitable for people of all ages and all levels of movement experience.
